From industry shifts to technological advancements to taking on new markets and ventures here are a few ways SPARX is rapidly expanding and bringing new solutions to logistics.
Welcome to SPARX
"On behalf of SPARX and my colleagues worldwide, I welcome you to our new website. For us, this moment is more than a website update or a revamped image. To us, it represents our mission and our position in the logistics sector.
Historically, logistics has always centered around clear communication and a willingness for change. It is easy for companies to forget this, opting instead for size to achieve more control. We like to remind ourselves that SPARX hasn't forgotten. With many logistics providers struggling to find their footing in a shifting industry, we remain committed to finding new ways to create value and change. We are excited about the future as we continue to learn & grow in this industry. I'm delighted to share this message with our wonderful partners and team members." — Eitan Shaul, Deputy CEO

So What's New?
In more ways than one, SPARX is a much different company today than it was two and a half years ago. From a traditional, non-asset owning freight forwarder, SPARX has rapidly transformed into a more complete, more independent, end-to-end solutions provider. How?
1. Tackling Space Shortages
In answer to the space shortage of mid-2021 to mid-2022, we expanded our carrier base to include new regional/niche partners who offered bulk space on their vessels.
2.Overcoming Container Shortages
To overcome the container shortage in Asia, we invested in our own fleet of shipper-owned ocean containers (SOCs). To date, we have produced roughly 10,000 SPARX-branded containers and counting.
3. Pioneering New Routes
To help customers avoid supply chain bottlenecks and congestion, we helped forge new shipping routes and signed direct contracts with rail carriers – highly uncommon for freight forwarders.
4. Asset Acquisition
To avoid delays on the first mile and the last mile, we invested in warehouses, transload facilities, trucks and chassis.
5. Technological Advancement
All the while, we continued to expand the limits of our technology and compliance offerings, ensuring we are on par with the world’s most advanced service providers.
6. Retaining a Human Touch
At the center of it all, we continue to invest in our greatest asset -- our people. We are committed to expanding our team, cultivating talent and broadening our collective thought process. Creativity, empathy and an innovative spirit are the human qualities that set SPARX apart.
