Step 1: Electronic PO Intake
Receive and register purchase orders directly via EDI or system upload — no manual work required.

 

Step 2: Supplier Coordination
Contact suppliers 3 weeks before ship-by date to confirm readiness.

10 days before ship-by, follow up if no booking has been submitted.

 

Step 3: Booking & Capacity Management
Bookings are reported based on your custom business rules, ensuring alignment with internal KPIs.

 

Step 4: Pre-Export Monitoring
We follow up on space availability and container equipment to prevent last-minute disruptions.
